Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Currently we provide free shipping on all orders. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we update any changes with the email provided at checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our glass jars are carefully packed and the packaging system has been stress tested, but mistakes can occur.

Q: I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time. 

Q: HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

• Average transit times to order place in the lower 48 are about 5-8 calendar days though some orders will arrive in a few days. We try to keep the product page details as up to date as possible.

• Many customers will receive their order faster, depending on stock levels, packaging, and the distance between their shipping destination and our warehouse.
